Kyle Loades
Managing Director

After a number of years working for a motor dealership, Kyle established Auto Advantage in 2001 with a goal of  helping people through the car buying process.

He is an active member of the business and wider community. He is a Director of NRMA Motoring Services and holds a Board position with the community’s own Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service and the Salvation Army’s Red Shield Appeal. He is a Past President of Hunter Business Chamber and was formerly a Board member of Hunter Region Tourism Organisation.

Outside of work Kyle and his wife can be found following his three girls to nippers, hockey, netball and athletics.

Simon Duwner
Director

Simon is one of the region’s most experienced motor vehicle sales professionals with more than 18 years work in the industry.

He has a specialised knowledge of a diverse range of new and used cars including Holden, Ford, Toyota and Nissan.

Throughout his career he also held management roles that have included the development of management and customer relations skills.

Simon is married and has two children.

Brendan Dooley
Motor Vehicle Consultant

Brendan has been in the car industry for the more than 25 years and with Auto Advantage since 2007.

Brendan is regarded as one of the Hunter's most experienced and knowledgeable motor vehicle consultants.

He lives with his wife and three boys and is a true country boy at heart. Brendan likes to get away to the family farm at every opportunity to ride motor bikes & the horses with his boys.

Although slightly worse for wear after too many years of rugby and league, Brendan still plays touch football to keep fit.

Khal Baitieh
Motor Vehicle Consultant

Khal joined Auto Advantage in November 2011.

He has nearly 15 years' industry experience and knowledge, and spent most of those years selling Toyota vehicles as well as brand new Audi vehicles.  Khal has held the positions of new car manager and fleet manager.

Khal enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and two boys, who at the ages of two and six, keep him just as busy away from the office.

Auto Advantage welcomes Khal to the motor vehicle team.

Gail Burton
Administration Assistant

Despite her love of motor vehicles, Gail Burton did not think she would ever work in the car industry.

But when she learned of an administration position working with the Auto Advantage team, the one-time medical receptionist was interested.

Gail, her husband and two adult sons are keen muscle car enthusiasts that collectively own between six and nine cars.  As the only female in her immediate family she also remains the only Holden fan, while husband Peter and sons Josh and Jeffery are Ford fans.

Having spent most of her career working with medical specialists and general practices, Gail is now a valuable part of the Auto Advantage administration team.

Amanda Mills
Administration Assistant

After 10 years in New Zealand owning and operating an electrical, voice and data cabling business, Amanda, her husband and their three children returned to her home town of Newcastle to be closer to family.

Earlier this year, Auto Advantage offered Amanda an opportunity to balance her busy family life with her well honed administrative skills.  She brings extensive administration and customer service experience to her part time role within the team at Auto Advantage.

In her spare time, Amanda enjoys baking but is also writing a book on household management.

Ben Ellevsen
Motor vehicle consultant

Ben is the newest member of the Auto Advantage family, joining the company in December 2012.

Ben has worked in the motor industry since 2003.  He has extensive experience across a range of car manufacturers including Mazda, Subaru, Hyundai, and Ford.  Ben is also experienced with the Land Rover, Range Rover, and Chrysler Dodge Jeep brands.

Outside of work, Ben keeps busy spending time with his wife and two children, fishing, camping, training for and competing in triathlons.
